Simon Bilalis Co-Founded Eastern Commercial Furniture in 1991 with David Lord. What began as a small office in Richmond has developed into the multi-million dollar company that it is today. With 30 years of experience in the Industry, Simon is committed to uphold the company values of integrity, sincerity and transparency while offering our customers consistency of service excellence. His leadership skills have successfully developed a strong team culture and his experience has ensured for long lasting and enduring relationships with many of our clients.

General Manager

Heather McWhinney heads up our management team with extensive experience, managing leading multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering consulting firms. Providing leadership, operational support and fiscal management, Heather’s experience and essential knowledge and enthusiasm ensures we can deliver upon consistently high levels of service delivery which our clients demand.
